At Laks Products, we take pride in delivering high-quality natural food products like sugarcane jaggery, coconut sugar, nutri milkmix, oils, and salts. Due to the nature of our products, we follow a strict no-return policy, except in the case of damaged or defective items.

Returns & Replacements

• We do not accept returns on food products unless the item is damaged or defective upon delivery.

• If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

• Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

• Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, as applicable.

Refunds (If Applicable)

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the issue was due to our error or damaged delivery.

Cancellations

• Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

• Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
