1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver across India, covering major cities and towns through our trusted courier partners.

2. Order Processing Time

• Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

• Tamil Nadu & South India: 2–4 business days
• Other States in India: 4–7 business days
• Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier availability.

4. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of the order and the delivery location.
• Final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before payment.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp to monitor your shipment in real time.

6. Delivery Attempts

Delivery partners will make up to two attempts to deliver your order. If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, the order may be returned to us.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order is received damaged or if any items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Share your order number and clear photos of the packaging and products. We’ll resolve the issue promptly.
