• All products sold are intended for personal use only and not for resale without permission.

3. Orders & Payments

• Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it will be processed within 1–2 business days.
• We accept payments via secure payment gateways. We do not store any card or banking details.
• In case of payment failure or delay, the order will not be confirmed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping charges are calculated based on order weight and location.
• Estimated delivery time is between 2–7 business days, depending on your region.
• Delivery delays may occur due to courier issues, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns unless the product is damaged or defective.
• Claims for damaged items must be made within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
• Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
